2018

I've been wanting to write something about the new year but I didn't want to be cliche so I didn't know what to say.

January 2018

January 2017(cringes)

I  started 2017 as an angry , sad, annoyed 15 year old.

I've started 2018 as an impatient ,stubborn, yet loving 16 year old.

The amount that I changed in 2017 is crazy. To those who knew me at the start of 2017 and still know me now you can agree. 

My personality has changed.

I know am so much stronger in my faith. I've learnt how to control anger,anxiety,sadness and obsessive compulsive thoughts. I care so much more for people. I think before i say things, i have empathy.

My looks have changed

I now have blonde hair, two piercings in my ears and my figure has changed into a young woman from a girl. Fortunately I've also learnt to match the foundation colour to my skin tone and to apply fake eyelashes correctly! 

My friends has changed

Sadly I lost alot of friends in 2017 however that is just part of growing up. However I made the BEST friends last year as well. I believe growing up is loosing and making friends.

So where do we go in 2018? Personally, I do not believe in new years resolutions as I can' see why you wouldn't just set yourself goals any time if you wanted to. But what I've learnt this past year of how much you can change I want us all to realise this. If you don't like the way you look, the friends you're with, the place you're in , you have 12 months to change! 

Doccument it, write it down, take photos collect memories.

We have a whole year to be who we are destined to be and to create ourselves.

My goal this year is to always love others no matter what , and to always seek God and keep him first

This year I want you to always follow your heart, always love others, always believe in yourself.

Heres to 2018 and all it will bring.
